We process orders within 1–3 business days plus delivery time.
Yes, we do deliver internationally. Currently, shipping is available to Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

Yes, we have them. When placing an order, there is an option to request a sample.
Yes. You have 14 days from the moment of receiving the shipment to return the product. Please remember that the returned product should be in its original, sealed packaging and must not show signs of use or testing. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the returned product if it was used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning before submitting the withdrawal statement.
